Standard Delivery charges (Check if it s possible to use Royal Mail and save a bit of P & P)
For England, Wales and Southern Mainland Scotland ( = zones A and B on the map)
Order value under £50 = £10
Order value over £50 to under £100 = £5
Order value over £100 = Free
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours (M-
but please note that 10ft poles can be subject to delay in transit.
If your order is urgent (and we`re contacted before 12 noon) we can often send
it out “same day” if you specifically request this.

For some reason I cannot understand the customers phone number
does not appear on the order we receive from PayPal.
If there is any chance the delivery driver may have difficulty finding your address use the contact form so your phone number can be put on the consignment.
Most orders are sent by carrier, though Royal Mail 1st class may be utilised
for smaller items. If your order is for one of the latter the P&P charge can be
reduced for orders phoned through, but not for Online orders.
Deliveries by carrier will require a signature and
are made Monday to Friday, many customers find it more convenient
to have their order delivered to their work address. If this, or anything

If delivery is not made within three working days please contact us.
If the package is damaged and you are in any doubt as to the condition of the order,
please refuse delivery and it will be returned to us for reshipment. If you sign for a package,
with any carrier, you are deemed to have received it in good condition !
Our policy of accepting goods back for exchange still stands but the customer is
responsible for any carriage charges.
Deliveries to Northern Scotland, The Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland
and Ireland are, unfortunately, subject to extra carriage charges, see table.
Orders to these locations must be phoned through, see phone orders.
The same applies to customers requiring timed and/or Saturday deliveries.
