I like this picture so much it`s also on the Poles and Brackets page (where an explanation

is provided) but it sums up the differing qualities of products in this trade better than anything. Unfortunately the same disparity in quality also applies to aerials and cable etc.

ATV are obsessed with quality and we only sell the best products,

better quality than most aerial installers use in fact.

I hate all that built in obsolescence manufactured down to a price crap and we don`t sell it. If you want a flimsy aerial or pole, go to Argos or Screwfix.....

Whilst we do not give cash refunds on aerials or accessories we are happy

to exchange/swap/upgrade any product * (even if it has been used) provided it

is not damaged.       * We regret that cut lengths of cable are not returnable.

Customers who are unsure of what they require or needing specific delivery requests may find it more appropriate to phone their order through.

 Standard Delivery charges           (Check if it`s possible to use Royal Mail and save a bit of P & P)

 For England, Wales and Southern Mainland Scotland ( = zones A and B on the map)

 Order value under £50 = £10

 Order value over £50 to under £100 = £5

 Order value over £100 = Free

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Northern Mainland Scotland are £20, those to the Scottish Islands and Ireland are £28.00 and NOT subject to free carriage. See Map

Some small, low value items* (those which can be sent letter post) may be charged

either £3.50 (up to 500g) or £6.00 (up to 1Kg).

The reduced price is not available Online, your order must be phoned through for this.

Packages sent for £3.50 / £6.00 may take a few days longer to arrive and that is

particularly the case now that the Royal Mail have made all their collections earlier.

Online orders sent Royal Mail would normally go same day.

Minimum order value (including P & P) is £5.

* Examples of orders which can be sent out for £3.50 P&P are splitters, most leads,

M/H amps (not Kits), diplexers, connectors and 2 way mains amps (not 4, 6 or 8 way).

Items which can be sent out for £6.00 P&P include (up to) 15m of cable, or (one) lash kit.

Orders are usually sent out the following day and delivery made 24 hrs after that,

please note that 10ft poles can be subject to delay in transit.

If your order is urgent (and ordered before 12 noon) we can sometimes

send it out “same day” if you specifically request this..

Please note all deliveries by carrier will usually require a signature and

are made Monday to Friday, many customers find it more convenient

to have their order delivered to their work address.

Redeliveries can sometimes be chargeable, contact us if one is required ! ! !

If delivery is not made within three working days please contact us.

Before 12.00 deliveries are available at an additional £7.50 to the relevant rate,

similarly deliveries on a Saturday are an additional £30.00.

If the package is damaged and you are in any doubt as to the condition of the order,

please refuse delivery and it will be returned to us for reshipment.

We can accept payment by most credit/switch cards.

Our above mentioned policy of accepting goods back for

exchange still stands but the customer is responsible for any carriage charges.
